Viking Amulet : "Odin" Pendant - The Norse Collection
Product Description
Odin (Old Norse inn) is the most prominent god in Norse mythology and Norse paganism. His name is related to r, meaning "excitation," "fury" or "poetry," and his role, like many of the Norse pantheon, is very complex: he is god of both wisdom and war. However, he is also a god of magic, poetry, victory, and the hunt. This Viking Amulet shows the sun in the center, and the world-circle quartered to the four directions, decorated with traditional Viking filigrees. This is a reproduction of an old Viking piece. The original is about 1,200 years old.
Fine Pewter (Lead Free) Pendant, Approx. 1.5"H on 33" cord with description card.
