- Spiral Earrings - Frank Lloyd Wright, Guggenheim Museum
Product Description
Completed in 1959, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is a masterwork by the world-renowned American architect Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959). The fame of Wright's design for the museum rests on its unconventional rotunda shape, and a sloping spiral ramp that curves around the building's interior. This circular conception enables the continuous and unimpeded viewing of art works, either through movement along the ramp, or by looking across the open rotunda at several bays on different levels simultaneously.
